Every engine is stripped completely, cleaned and measured. Blocks and heads are crack-tested.

Cylinder boring, honing, line boring and surface milling on Rottler CNC machines – back to factory tolerances.
03Assembly with new parts
New pistons, rings, bearings, timing components, gaskets and seals. No reused wear parts.

Compression and leak tests, inspection report, warranty certificate and installation instructions.

The engine leaves our workshop with the service life of a new unit.
What warranty and delivery time apply to a reconditioned M2DA?
Each reconditioned M2DA comes with a 12-month warranty when it is installed by a professional workshop following our installation instructions. As soon as a unit is confirmed, it ships within 1–2 business days and reaches most European countries in 2–5 business days. Carriers: DB Schenker, RABEN or DHL.
Do I have to return my old M2DA engine?
Yes. The old M2DA core must be returned within 10 days of delivery – complete, drained of fluids and on the pallet the new engine arrived on. We arrange the pickup with our carrier.
