At Motorlager, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. If something isn't right, our return process is straightforward — no unnecessary complications, no runaround. Just a clear, fair procedure that protects both sides.
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the following conditions are met:
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your engine. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't wait — contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the situation quickly.
The returned engine must be in the same condition as it was when delivered. Engines that show signs of installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Please retain the original packaging your engine arrived in. The engine must be returned in that same packaging to prevent damage in transit and to ensure the return is processed without issue.
When you receive a replacement engine from Motorlager, you are required to return your old (core) engine as part of the transaction.
If the old engine is not returned:
Your warranty on the new engine will be voided
This policy exists to maintain fair terms for all customers and to support responsible parts handling across our network. Please ensure the core is returned promptly and properly packaged.
