Shipping Policy

When a customer orders a motor, the motor is always packed in a special box to protect it from damage during transportation. All engines are photographed prior to being sent to the customer.

Each shipment has its own unique tracking number, so our customers can easily check the status of their shipment and the estimated delivery date.

We arrange an "advance warning" service for each shipment in order to directly notify our customers are personally informed before the delivery and can coordinate with the courier.

Our partners , HRX Schenker, RABEN ensure that our engines reach the customer quickly.

Delivery throughout Europe takes between 2 and 5 days,  dependsing on the customer's address.

Delivery fees range from 100 to 250EUR.

Regular customers and partners are entitled to free delivery.
