Every engine we ship is carefully packed in a purpose-built protective box designed to withstand the demands of freight transport. Engines are heavy, precision-built components — we treat them accordingly.

Before any engine leaves our facility, it is fully photographed and the condition is documented. This protects both the customer and Motorlager in the unlikely event of a transit-related issue.

Every order is assigned a unique tracking number at the point of dispatch. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time and check the estimated delivery date at any stage of the journey — no need to chase us for updates.

We personally notify every customer before their engine arrives. This gives you time to coordinate with the courier, arrange someone to receive the delivery, and avoid missed or delayed handovers. We don't just ship and disappear — we stay in the loop with you throughout.

Standard delivery across Europe takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier routing. Orders are dispatched promptly once full payment has been confirmed.

Delivery cost depends on the size of the shipment and the destination address. The applicable fee will be confirmed at the time of order.
