Turbocharger repair
A failed turbocharger is usually a symptom – oil starvation, contaminated oil, a blocked DPF or foreign objects. We dismantle every unit, replace the core assembly (CHRA), seals and bearings, calibrate variable-geometry mechanisms and balance the rotating assembly at operating speed. The result is a turbocharger that meets the original manufacturer's specification.
New turbocharger sales
We stock new original and OE-quality turbochargers for the most common engine codes – BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group, Ford, PSA, Renault, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo and more. If the unit is not in stock, we source it within days.
Why fit a turbo together with the engine
When a reconditioned engine is installed, the turbocharger is the most common cause of early failure: debris from the old engine in the oil feed line, a worn actuator or a cracked housing. We recommend inspecting or replacing the turbocharger, oil feed and return lines, and the intercooler whenever an engine is replaced.
