Every engine is stripped completely, cleaned and measured. Blocks and heads are crack-tested.

Cylinder boring, honing, line boring and surface milling on Rottler CNC machines – back to factory tolerances.
03Assembly with new parts
New pistons, rings, bearings, timing components, gaskets and seals. No reused wear parts.

Compression and leak tests, inspection report, warranty certificate and installation instructions.

What warranty and delivery time apply to a reconditioned CXH?
Each reconditioned CXH comes with a 12-month warranty when it is installed by a professional workshop following our installation instructions. Units in stock ship within 1–2 business days and reach most European countries in 2–5 business days. Carriers: DB Schenker, RABEN or DHL.
Do I have to return my old CXH engine?
Yes. The old CXH core must be returned within 10 days of delivery – complete, drained of fluids and on the pallet the new engine arrived on. We arrange the pickup with our carrier.
