How we work
All worn engine components are replaced with new ones.
We rebuild every engine in our own workshop. Blocks, heads and crankshafts are machined on Rottler equipment to the manufacturer's tolerances. Pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets and timing components are always new.

How we rebuild
From a worn engine to a fully renewed 0 km engine.
01Strip-down and inspection
We strip the engine completely, clean it and measure it. Cracks, wear and distortion are recorded before any machining.
02Machining on Rottler equipment
We bore and hone the cylinders, skim the heads and block faces, and regrind and polish the crankshafts – all to the manufacturer's tolerances.
03Assembly with new parts
Pistons, bearings, gaskets, timing kit, oil pump and oil seals are always new. We measure and record the clearances on every engine.
04Testing, packing and dispatch
We check compression and oil pressure, cap the openings, crate the engine and send it out. Delivery to European countries takes 2–5 working days.

Workshop services
From a single cylinder head to a complete commercial vehicle engine. We do the machining and assembly ourselves.
Car and van engine repair
Full overhaul of petrol and diesel engines for cars, vans and light trucks: strip-down, measuring, machining, assembly and testing.
Marine engine repair
Overhaul of inboard marine diesel engines. We recondition blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and cooling components to the manufacturer's specification.
Cylinder head repair
We check the head for cracks, skim it, replace valve seats and guides, pressure test it and reassemble it with new valve train components.
Turbocharger repair
We replace the cartridge (CHRA), set up the variable-geometry mechanism and balance the turbo. We repair turbochargers from all major manufacturers.
Engine block machining
Skimming, cylinder boring and honing, line boring and fitting cylinder liners on Rottler CNC machines.
New turbochargers
New original and OE-quality turbochargers from stock. We deliver quickly across Europe.
