Complete long block rebuilt on Rottler equipment: new pistons, rings, main and rod bearings, new timing chain kit (upper and lower), new oil pump chain and all gaskets and seals. Cylinder head resurfaced, valves lapped, new valve stem seals. Compression-tested before dispatch.

Strip & inspect
Every core is fully disassembled, cleaned and measured. Cracks, wear and warping are documented before any machining starts.

Rottler machining
Blocks are bored and honed, heads and decks resurfaced, crankshafts ground and polished on Rottler CNC equipment to factory tolerances.

Assembly with new parts
Pistons, bearings, gaskets, timing components, oil pump and seals are always new. Clearances are checked and recorded for each unit.

Test, crate, ship
Compression and oil pressure are verified, the engine is sealed, crated and dispatched across Europe within 2–5 business days.
