We strip, clean and measure the engine. The block and head are checked for cracks.

Cylinder boring and honing, sleeving where needed, and skimming of the block and head faces.
03Assembly
New piston rings, bearing shells, gaskets, oil seals and timing components.
04Final check
We check the engine and include the warranty documents and fitting instructions.

Yes. The old N13B16 engine must be returned within 10 days of delivery: complete, drained of fluids and on the same pallet. We arrange collection ourselves.
