How we recondition the HM01
01Disassembly & inspection
Every engine is stripped completely, cleaned and measured. Blocks and heads are crack-tested.

Cylinder boring, honing, line boring and surface milling on Rottler CNC machines – back to factory tolerances.
03Assembly with new parts
New pistons, rings, bearings, timing components, gaskets and seals. No reused wear parts.

What warranty and delivery time apply to a reconditioned HM01?
Each reconditioned HM01 comes with a 12-month warranty when it is installed by a professional workshop following our installation instructions. As soon as a unit is confirmed, it ships within 1–2 business days and reaches most European countries in 2–5 business days. Carriers: DB Schenker, RABEN or DHL.
Do I have to return my old HM01 engine?
Yes. The old HM01 core must be returned within 10 days of delivery – complete, drained of fluids and on the pallet the new engine arrived on. We arrange the pickup with our carrier.
