How we recondition the D4CB

Every engine is stripped completely, cleaned and measured. Blocks and heads are crack-tested.

As soon as a unit is confirmed, it ships within 1–2 business days and reaches most European countries in 2–5 business days. Carriers: DB Schenker, RABEN or DHL.
Do I have to return my old D4CB engine?
Yes. The old D4CB core must be returned within 10 days of delivery – complete, drained of fluids and on the pallet the new engine arrived on. We arrange the pickup with our carrier.
