Our company motto is:  A happy customer is a good customer.

All our rules and conditions are designed to maintain legal compliance and ensure a strong and trustworthy relationship between our business and our customers.  We provide extensive written material to ensure the client has a good understanding of the company's activities, its responsibilities and the services it provides.

All orders are processed only after full payment of the invoice.

We accept Bank transfers in payment for invoices.

Payment by PayPal (7% commission fee applies);

Cash payment at the time of delivery (50% advanced payment required in such case).

When a customer orders a motor, the motor is always packed securely in a special box to protect it from damage during transportation. All engines are photographed prior to being sent to the customer.

Each shipment has its own unique tracking number, so our customers  can easily check the status of their shipment and the estimated delivery date.

We arrange an "advance warning" service for each shipment in order to personally notify customers of the impending delivery so they can coordinate with the courier.

Our partners , HRX Schenker, RABEN ensure that our engines reach the customer quickly.

Delivery throughout Europe takes between 2 to 5 days, depending on the customer's address.

Delivery fees range from 100 to 250EUR.

Regular customers and partners are entitled to free delivery.

All new reconditioned engines have a 12 month warranty.  New and reconditioned engine heads come with a 12 month warranty.

Used engines have a 6 month warranty.

Every motor sold has a warranty document attached to the invoice. The warranty document outlines all the rules and conditions relating to the warranty, and the customer is expected to comply with these specified conditions

We are happy to accept international orders. Please note that all orders sent outside of Europe are subject to additional charges. We do not sell goods to Russia.
